Hyuuga Neji, Jounin level

Uhg... this is one of the grosses things I've ever seen. First off, you can still see those disgusting guide lines *barfs* Second, Neji looks so feminine (Sorry Neji) Wel... here's Neji! I just wanted to try drawing him out. And I failed miserable. But this gets me kinda motivated... I'm gonna try harder HELL YES!!
